What is iGRO?

iGRO is a two-month program by the Orlando Economic Partnership designed to connect and retain our business community’s summer interns and new hires by showcasing the other half of Orlando.

The program is a best fit for interns or new hires (under two years living in the region), and its schedule includes many options to accommodate participants’ work schedules.

iGRO will reconvene in Summer 2022.

What’s In It For Me?

There are many benefits to becoming an iGRO participant including:

• One-on-one time with a YP:NEXT mentor
• Exclusive guide highlighting regional resources that amplify the other half of Orlando
• Opportunities to connect with local leaders through networking and educational programs
• Exposure to Orlando’s unique community assets through cultural and social events
• Build connections with peers and connect with the community
• Participation is complimentary

“Being a part of iGRO allowed me to explore the city I have always loved. I thoroughly enjoyed the events, especially the panel with Mayor Dyer, Orlando City Soccer games, social activities…”

– Sarah Zets
